Yes, we have a minimum of 12 units per order, as there is too much waste in production assets if we make fewer items.

All pricing tiers and minimum quantity order requirements are based on all the shirts in the production run being the exact same model gender and age group. For example if you want mens and womens under the minimum order requirement, you would need 12 mens shirts of the exact same design and color and 12 womens shirts of the exact same design and color etc. If you want to mix between genders and age groups in a minimum quantity order, you would have to go with our Spot Dye Sublimation shirts.

After you place your order, if all the graphic files are the proper type for printing, we will create detailed mockups and manufacturing specifications and submit them to you for your final print approval. These specifications take 2-3 business days to create. After you approve the final specification documents, your custom shirts go into production, which has an average lead time of 3.5-4.5 weeks until they ship. If you have a particular date you need your custom gear delivered by, just send us a message or include this in your submission and we can check if we can make it happen within a regular or rushed lead time. *Artwork and graphic design lead times are not a part of these time frames since they are created in a stage before production.
